TERMS AND CONDITIONSĀ By purchasing a ticket for a London Month of the Dead event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Ticket Sales All tickets are sold subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received your confirmation email. Refunds Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by London Month of the Dead. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us in advance with the new attendeeās details where possible. Event Changes We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised programme, including speakers, guides, performers, venues, timings or event content where circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. If an event is cancelled by London Month of the Dead, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another event where available. Arrival Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time. Many events begin promptly and late arrivals may not be admitted once an event has started. Accessibility Accessibility varies between venues. Please read the individual event listing carefully before booking, as many of our events take place in historic buildings, cemeteries, crypts and other locations with uneven ground, steps or restricted access. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise. Health & Safety Many events involve walking outdoors, often in cemeteries, churchyards or historic locations. Please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. Attendance is at your own risk. London Month of the Dead accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage except where required by law. Photography & Filming Photography or filming may take place during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image in future London Month of the Dead publicity unless you notify us in advance. Behaviour We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or likely to compromise the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Liability London Month of the Dead shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by attendees if an event is altered, postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, transport disruption or force majeure.
